Founded in 1964 by Dennis & John Pooley, Performance Automobiles is a family business built on quality and value, customer satisfaction and great service. The Company has long had an association with prestige and high performance sports cars. Its success is based on the quality cars sold and on a host of satisfied customers.
The service department was established at the same time primarily to prepare cars for racing and rallying. This expertise is now the basis for the quality service offered by the company.
Performance Automobiles is proud of its record of service to the motorists of Tasmania.
Today we enter a new era for the company with the energy and dynamic performance which this company is renowned for set to continue with the introduction of a new partner Mr. Adrian Brown.
Adrian is known for his sporting, business and academic record rather than his racing wins, however this is a goal that he would like to change and with the opportunity to join Performance Automobiles it is the first step in the achievement of that goal.
